Brian Done has over 35 years of professional experience in transmission tower painting, supervision, and project support across the UK and Canada. He has played a key role in training and developing tower painters, running dedicated training schools focused on safe work at height, industry-standard coating practices, and operational excellence. Brian is also a certified tower rescue instructor, known for his calm leadership, technical depth, and commitment to building skilled, safety-focused teams across the industry.
Rees Done is the Operations Director of Tower Power Group UK and brings over 15 years of specialist experience in transmission tower painting and maintenance. He has successfully led coating and corrosion-control projects across the UK, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. As a NACE Level 2–certified coatings inspector, Rees combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership, ensuring every structure meets industry standards for safety, durability, and performance. He is known for delivering high-quality results, efficient operations, and strong compliance across all tower maintenance projects.
